Residents and motorists in Bellville say they fear for their safety
Cape Town, September 27, 208 – Residents and motorists in Bellville say they fear for their safety after taxi drivers erected makeshift ranks in the Cape Town suburb. This follows the closure of the Bellville taxi rank after a recent shooting. The rank is one of the biggest in the Western Cape. Reporter Pheladi Sethusa is following the story for us.

A shocking 60 incidents have been reported since the beginning of the year. There’s a fear of mass resignations if the situation isn’t handled effectively.
