Philippi Horticulture Area still under threat

Cape Town, 29 April 2018 –  It’s been called Cape Town’s own vegetable basket, in the heart of the city. The Philippi Horticultural Area contributes almost one-billion rand to the local economy, and indirectly employs 30-thousand people. But the most productive part of this urban agricultural hub, is under threat from development. eNCA’s Pheladi Sethusa explores.
