Cape Town,  19 April 2018 – Close to R2-billion of the 2017/2018 budget that has been allocated to Cape Town has not been spent, even though the city is in the grips of its worst drought ever. Mayor Patricia de Lille has vowed not to let this money be misspent. Watch full story here.
