Cape Town, February 8 2019 – A group of pensioners are asking the president for a Christmas bonus or thirteenth cheque. They’d hoped to hand over a petition of 30-thousand signatures to Cyril Ramaphosa ahead of the state of the nation address. But they were left disappointed. eNCA’s Pheladi Sethusa has this story.
